- Dismantling and shipping are at the expense of the buyer.

- The Equipment's buyer, before dismantle, must provide the following document:

     - A plan/scope for the takeout including Timing.

     - Number of workers including insurance and WCB certificate.

- This 1990’s system was upgraded 4 years and has ran only when needed

  for certain customers. With new controls, piping and values were installed and

  equipment ran well after rebuild.
