12' dia. x 50' long Single Pass Drum Drying System with:

- 12' dia. x 50 Long Single Pass Insulated Dryer Drum, 8“ T section track, 28” Trunnions.

- Driven with Sprocket, Chain and Gearbox and Motor. 

- 12' x 20' Web Burner - 25 million BTU capacity with tempered sight glass.

- Burner Auger, Gearbox, and Motor.

- (2) Touch Screen Controllers.

- PLC Control Box.

- Burner Blower Fan assembly and,

- 200 HP motor to go with ID fan.

- Drive lubrication system.

- Sprocket, Chain and Gear-Motor .

- Air Pro 48” Overhung Fan Assembly. Type-IERS615.

- Beck - Damper Adjustment Arm/Gearbox (ID fan comes with opposed blade inlet damper

   with a 300 ft-lb Beck actuator and armature).

- Piping and sampers for piping.

- Missing approximately 20‘ of Dryer Drum Discharge piping.

- Missing approximately 20‘ of Dryer Drum Recycle piping.

NOTE:

- Installed August 2016. Shut it down August 2021.

- Drum rated for output material volume of 16,000 lbs per hour. (Depending of the Partical size)
