2-3 Tons/hrs complete Wood/Hemp Pellet Plant System mainly consisting of:

- Hammer Mill Conveyor Feeding Hopper.

- Incline Hammer Mill Feeder Belt Conveyor 18" wide x 20' long Stainless Steel frame

  with rubber Belt with halfmoons,driven by 1 HP, 1745 RPM motor.

  Includes Eriez Magnteics Magnet over Belt.  

- Champion Hammermill Model 20 x 44 with 18" x 10" bottom discharge connected to

  16" diameter discharge duct. Direct coupled 150 HP, 1775 RPM, 3/460/60,

- Cyclone 48" diameter x 48" straight side plus 60° cone bottom with 18" dia. discharge.

- Fan for above, 20 HP, 230/460V, 3450 RPM.

- (2) Pellet Mill Feeding Dual Hopper, each Hopper measures 42" x 42" X 48"

   straight side plus cone bottom with Lump Breaker/Pin agitator at discharge.

   (Feed to screw conveyors).

- Torit Donaldson Baghouse, model 81 PJD, serial# IE673224,

  includes 4-1/2" dia. x 10-1/2' long Cloth Bags with cages.

- Rotary Airlock , 3/4 HP. for above 1725 RPM thru gearbox.

- (2) Pellet Mill Screw Feeders Conveyors, 8" diameter x 25' long, 2 HP, 1745 RPM

  thru gearbox. (Connects to bottom of dual hopper to the Mills)

- (2) 26" Buehler Model DPAA - 2 Rolls V-Belt Pellet Mills driven by 100 HP

  only with 15HP SD Conditioner each. (Standart Max: 26"Die x 216HP-160kW Motor)

- (2) Automatic Greaser on both Mills.

- (2) Lifting device for Die and Rolls assemblies installation.

- (2) Conveyor from Pellet Mill to Cooler 11" wide x 15'0" long Mild Steel portable frame,

  230/460V, 3450 RPM.

- Includes Rotary Airlock Valve, 3/4 HP, 1725 RPM 460/3/60.

- Fan and Cyclones. 28" dia.x 36" straight side plus 60° cone bottom (44" long),

   with Rotary Airlock, 1/2 HP, 208-230/460V, 1725 RPM thru Gearbox.

- Quickpanel digital Screen Control.

- Electrical Control Panels with 460/3/60 Starters.

- Dies on both 26" Pellet Mills are one at  1/4" Dia holes. and the other 5/16" Dia holes.

- Spare Parts: 7 Screens for Hammer Mill, Roller Shells & 2 Rolls complete assemblies.
