1 Ton/hrs complete Wood Pellet Plant with 460/3/60 consisting of:
Mixing Feed Bin with attached Gayord Dumper:
5’ X 6’ X 4’ Stainless Steel Bin with 6” Dia. discharge bottom Feed Screw and 3 internal rotating Paddle Bars Delumper. Both, Feed Screw and Paddle Bars Delumper, have their own VFD Drives connected to the Operator Terminal. There is also a new Hydraulic Ram Control for the Gaylord Dumper mechanism having operated less then 50 times.
Pellet Feeder Conveyor line:
From the Dumper Bin there is an 18’ long Conveyor which takes mash product to the top of the Pellet Mill with 3 separate Magnet Traps. The conveyor feeds to small 2’ X 2’ Surge Bin mounted to an Airlock at its base.
Conditioner & Pellet Mill:
The 18 x 54 SD SPROUT Conditioner sit on top of a 501-HL SPROUT Pellet Mill who has Door Force Feeder. The Mill is in excellent condition with all the Bearings/Seals recently replaced and a new 125 HP - 460/3/60 - 150 amps main Motor.
Spare parts such as extra sets of Roll and Dies.
Hot Pellet Bucket Elevator:
The hot Pellet Elevators is 16” X 20” X 22’ tall.
Pellet Cooler:
SPROUT Vertical Cooler model 9-375 couple with a 42” Fan and 30 HP Motor.
Pellet Fine Screenner:
No make on the Screenner Tumbler type but it is in great shape and works flawlessly. It has a secondary air draw from the Cooler Fan to eliminate dust.
Bucket Elevator and Pellet Silo:
8’ x 8’ x 20’ Galvanized Pellet Silo for finished product.
Controls & Starters:
All 460/3/60 controls and starters are Include.
NOTE:
- You could probably run the whole operation with 200 amp Service.
- Disasemble, stored and ready to load.
- Sold "As is -Where is" loaded on your Trucks.
