- Surface: Inside 120 Grit, outside glass bead blasted.

- Mixing Shaft: Stainless Steel Horizontal shaft with modified Heavy Duty mild steel Plough shears shovels.

- Gear Box: Falk Gear motor 250 HP (CSA approved).

- Motor: 250 HP - 460 V / 60 Hz. / 3 Phase.

- (4) 10 HP Dual speed motors @ 460 volts for choppers

- Flush fitting door sealed with silicone gasket.

- Controls: Rockwell PLC Compac Logics 1769L31 with 2711K5/A16L1 keypad based control system, NEMA 4 approved.
