24” Wide ERIN Heavy Duty Idler Conveyor

24” Wide x 22'0" Long rebuilt ERIN Heavy Duty Idler incline Conveyor with:

- Modify Sidewalls to provide wider feed area in width & taller sides above belt.

- Extend conveyor to 22’ long.

- 6” offset drop-down belly pan (belt return cover).

- New fix speed Motor 3HP for 3/60/575v.

- Support Legs to raise lower end of Conveyor, to incline at 30 degrees and discharge at 12’4”.

- Heavy Duty flared Feed Hopper.

- Heavy Duty vulcanized 3" Cleats on 24" Center.

- New Rubber Belt 220 LB, 2 Ply.

- Self-cleaning tail pulley.

- E-Stop button, no control.

NOTE:

- 2 to 3 Weeks delivry from the reception of 60% deposit.

- Unit will be rebuilt for 30° incline Angle.

- Unit is rebuilt to Client specification.
