- 72 inch retaining hopper with bin vibrator.

- Surge tank with live bottom. 45 cu ft surge tank with 4 inch diameter Pellet mill Feeder.

   Live bottom auger system with 1 hp, 3 phase, 230/460v gearmotor.

   ¼ inch, 3 phhase, 230/460 volt gearmotor with feeder variable frequency drive.

   3 hole cut out for future Mill expansion.

- Buskirk PM 1220 Pellet Mill- 20HP with control pannel and wiring. All components are pre wired

  to control panel. Field wiring to the control panel from the power source is all that is required.

  Readied for expansion for second mill if required. 12 inch diameter x 1.50''

  thick machined die plate (1/4'' pellet). 20 hp, 3 phase, 60 hz, 230/460 volt

  greased packed gear motor. Nitrogen port for cooling option.

- PM 1220 system steel platform.The densification system assembly

  is placed on 2 skid platforms 5X5 for easy transport.

- In-Feed Hammer mill Auger conveyor 6 inch diameter X10 feet lenght auger conveyor.

  Inlet hopper to receive product. Discharge shroud to fit to hammer mill inlet. ½ hp

  Sumitomo 3 ph gearmotor. VFD for speed control.

- 2- die plates

- Vibratory fine screener 18 inches wide x 3 feet long. Scotch ply hangers.

   ½ hp gear motor. Center dischargge

- Air conveying system with ducting 5 hp, 3450 rpm pressure blower, 3 phase

   Utilizes 6 inch air ducting and blast gates. Receiving cyclone. Recycles fines back into surge tank.

- Buskirk 1000 hammer mill with Magnet 20hp with screens 3600 rpm- 3 ph motor

  Side discharge air air extraction, boot transition, Door inlet.
