500 HP - 32'' Die - SPROUT V-Belt Pellet Mill - Model 32XWV-500 - 3 Rolls for a 10" wide die includes:
- 12" Dia. x 120" Long SS Feeder with Motor & Drive.
- 30" dia. x 144" long SS Conditioner with Motor & Drive.
- SS Centri-Feeder withwith Motor & Drive.
- (2) 250 HP Main Motors Not Included (Original Motors available Rewinded or As-Is at min. cost)
- Dual Motor Base less Motors for above.
- Includes Motor Pulleys with jackshaft drive for above.
- These Mills is set up for 10" Wide Die - Die not included - (Quote available upon request).
Fully Refurbished Mills, disassemble and sandblast having:
- Refurbished Quill.
- Refurbished Mainshaft.
- Refurbished Roll Shell Assemblies with New Shells.
- New Seals & Bearings throughout.
- Door Reline Doors in Stainless Stell..
- Including Shear Pin Housing with one set of Shera Pins.
- We will replace or repair any additional worn Parts as needed.
- Prime and paint choice of stock color.
