Briquetting/Log Press - HARSHAD ENG Model 90- Complete system with 100 HP Main Motor and 60' Cooling Line.

This is “Press based technology'' This process consists of first compacting the biomass in the vertical direction and then again in the horizontal direction.

Briquette/Log dimension is 90 mm diameter by the lenght you need.

- The power required is 90 H.P. for 1500 Kg/hr of Briquette.

- This technology can accept raw material with moisture content up to 12% and raw-material size of 1mm to 2mm . 

Complete with:

- 60 feet Cooling line.

- Hydraulics Cutting knife assembly at the end of the line cutting the log at wanted length.

- 100 HP Motors 660 volts is included. 

- Electronic control panel New.

FINISHED PRODUCT – LOGS / BRIQUETTES:

• Thermal calorific value is around 4000 Kcal/Kg.
• Pollution free because there is no sulfur or any hazardous contain.
• Lower ash content 2-5%. There is no fly ash when burn.
