Grain cleaner – Clipper – model SX5868D, for general grain cleaning.
- Unit with 4 decks of screens.
- 1 - Scalp & 3 - Sift. Top and bottom air aspiration.
- 15 HP motor.
- This grain cleaner is useful for all grain types; oat, barley,
canola, flax, corn, etc... with a capacity of 5-6 tons/hrs.
NOTE:
- NOT AVAILABLE UNTILL NOV 2022.
- Bought new in 1985.
- They did a fair bit of rebuild to this cleaner when they took it off the line 10 plus years ago.
- Cleaned peas, canola, and canary seed.
- In 2004 they replaced this unit with New Generation Clipper 568.
- At the time they thought they might still utilize this cleaner in our other plant so over
the next several years we fully retrofitted the cleaner, however, the alternate use has not
materialized and the cleaner has remained unused and in storage in our warehouse since then.
