Description
Briquetting Press complete system - 2 x RUF - Model 1100 Plus with each:
- Complete Hydraulic Systems.
- 100 HP Main drive motor 460 V, 60 cycles, three-phase.
- With additional Cooling (3 HP) and fine Filter return.
- Programmable Controller Logic SIEMENS S7-200.
- With Siemens TP 177B Control Panel and Display.
- Pumps with Gear Motors and thermal Contacts.
Feeding Press System:
- 10-ton material receiving bin with Eurodrive and VFD.
- U-Trough Auger to Screener.
- Screener 5 x 5 Precision.
- 50 HP Meadows Model 35 Hammermill with fan-assist, includes VFD.
- 25 tubes Auger 10 HP Motor and Drive.
- Material holding bin
- 24 ft. tube Auger from material Bin to Screw bottom Dosing Bin.
- Screw-Bottom Dosing Bin.
- 2' x 6" tube Auger Feeding each Press.
- 4 bag Dust Collection and Piping for both Presses.
The Packaging system also includes:
- 45ft powered belt conveyor to carry bricks to the packaging table.
- Arpac 105-28 semi-automatic seal bar.
- Vacuum Tunnel fully rebuilt, new clutches, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and mesh conveyor.
- Gravity feed Roach Conveyor carrying bundles to the stacking area.
- Orion Stretch Film wrapper.
- Scales 5,000 lbs for Pallet Weighing.
Also included but not installed is a:
- 100 HP Champion Hammermill with 20HP Fan.
- All spare parts, specialty tools, and surplus packaging material are included.

- Briquette size 9.5" x 2.7" x 3"- 4.3" Maximum Length.
- Space needed : 6.5' x 6.5' x 7' (Space include for operation and maintenance).
