Portable Bagging System

ESP Portable NEW Bagging System for the Bagging of Mulch, Compost, Rock or Sand consisting of the following: 

- Infeed Hopper - 2 yard Product Surge Hopper.

- Incline Conveyor - 20' x 24" Wide Troughed Incline Product Delivery Conveyor with Cleated Belt.

- Dosing System and Express Scale JM-FF-ED Electronic Gross Weigher.

- Bag Closing system consisting: (1)  (CON 508) 8’ Long x 1’ Wide Smoothg Top Belt to take bags

  into a position where they are manually stopped by a Wand Switch

- 8' Bag Closing Conveyor and Custom 7.5 HP Elec/Hydraulic Power Unit.

- The bags are then prepared and entered into the Impulse Sealer: (31103737610) An 

  Automatic Programmable Impulse Sealer is designed for the repeated sealing of 

  Thermoplastic Films such as Polyethylene and Polypropylene. This automatic Single Impulse

  Heat Sealer is controlled by a Plug-In Transistorized Circuit Board and Electronic Timers.

- Standard Construction is Mild Steel.

- The operation of the system is designed for one man to fill, close and stack 3 bags per

  minute continually. The operator hangs bag 1 on the scale, hits palm switch to close CG

  spout and the bag automatically fills. The bag 1 will drop once the proper weight is

  made out on to the moving conveyor and hangs bag 2 into position, hits palm switch

  and starting the filling. The operator steps to his left. Bag 1 contact a wand switch

 and is in position underneath the impulse sealer. The operator starts the bag into the

impulse sealer. Once completed, bag 1 is then manually stacked. Bag 2 is filled and

waiting for the operator's return. Bag 2 is then released and bag 3 is hung.

The process is repeated.

- The system is designed to be fed by Bobcat.

- The Timed Closure ensures an Even and Consistent Seal. The operator has hands free to 

  handle the product quickly. 

- This type of machine generally increases workers' productivity. The electric foot pedal is 

  included for manual operation.

- The scale has a unit key to switch between Weight Measurements and the Controller

  has 999 Product Codes Available.

- The Sealer can Accommodate a 36-40'' Wide Bag.

- The system has a Full Technical Manual with Installation Information.

- It can be built with 110V / 220V / 460V / 575V etc.

- The scale can handle Kilos or Pounds.

- Digital JM Bagging Scale with Indicator.
